Principal broker Ian Katz left Wall Street for the real estate industry when he discovered the satisfaction of matching clients with the home perfectly suited to their lifestyle. After six successful years with the Corcoran Group, he decided to start his own company to focus on the personalized service and specialized expertise that only a small, independent firm can offer. Ian’s expertise and commitment to his clients have led to over $100 million in sales to date.
Alison Katz joined the firm in 2016. A classically trained professional flutist with degrees from Carnegie Mellon and New York University, Alison built years of real estate experience alongside her husband, principal broker Ian Katz. Alison offers our clients hyperlocal expertise when selecting, renovating, decorating and selling a home in Manhattan.
